My wife and I went here while staying in town during the St Pattys Day weekend, so naturally looking for a good Irish eatery. We were directed to this place my the hotel desk. My wife ordered corn beef and cabbage. Her potatoes that came with the meal looked like they were left over from the day before, so we sent them back. The next round was better but lacked any flavor at all. The corn beef was so chewy you could barely swallow it. The only thing we really enjoyed was the Guinness stout. So, I give them one star for that. The other is the fact that they took the corn beef and cabbage off the bill voluntarily. UPDATE: the manager actually took the time to contact me about our not-so-pleasant experience. Kudos for that. We will be back later this summer and will give DB McMillian's a second chance.
Review Source:Well most of these reviews were from last year so I suppose management took note because my visit was really good. Â Our waiter was very nice and we tried a wide variety of food and had it "family" style to sample everything. Â Fish & Chips-excellent. Â Bangers and Mash-awesome. Â The best was the Girl Scout Thin Mint cheesecake. It was quiet for a Saturday night but we were there early. Except for the temperature being a little cold where we sat, overall it was a good experience and we will return when next in the area.
