  Diamond Billiards was not the company I expected. They are unreliable and do not keep adhere by their standards. I have asked them to service my pool table for over a year and they have not called me even to schedule. I have sent them 2 referrals, one of which paid for a pick up and set up. I am not asking for FREE SERVICE! I need to have my table re-leveled. You came to me as a referral and you have not come through.

  I want to thank Diamond Billiards for the prompt and professional way they moved my pool table. Mario and Uli were at the house at the time promised and went straight to work. In the end, the table was moved upstairs without a scratch, put back together, leveled and ready for immediate play. Great work!!!  Will definitely use again!!!

  Found this place on CraigsList and I am so glad I found them. I purchased a pool table from a family friend in Rancho Cucamonga and had to get it transported to West Covina. I called the toll free # and spoke to Mario (owner). He quoted me a price of $185 to break down the pool table and deliver including leveling and set up.
  
  This is a tremendous deal as most places will charge between 250-300 for local delivery.
  
  Mario kept in contact with me and gave me a 30 minute time frame of arrival (most people will ask for a 4 hour window). When he showed up, he had all my parts wrapped and secure. He laid out all the parts and had all the necessary tools available. He even made sure that the placement of my pool table was to my liking.
  
  He explained to me the style of pool table I had and did not try to upsell me for unnecessary items (told me that my felt was still in great condition).
  
  They sell used pool tables, they do repairs, delivery and everything in between. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving and the best part is that they will travel to meet your needs.
  
  I will definitely use them for any of my pool table needs and I am very satisfied with the service I received from Diamond Billiards.
