Dojo Restaurant and Sushi Bar

Whoever thought that this place had good ramen has never had good ramen. The noodles were doughy, the meat smelled bad, and the nori just added to the smell. The gyoza was good but seriously, if you want good ramen, try Monta Ramen in Las Vegas. They make the best. As for Dojo, I'd rather buy a packet of ramen than eat there ever again.

We were only in for a short, light dinner and we enjoyed our experience at Dojo. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and laid back. We started with edamame, which was nice. For dinner we enjoyed the Lunar, Moto, and Sumo rolls. The lunar was AMAZING and my friend really loved the Moto. Finished off with green tea and strawberry mochi. Beautiful presentation and the staff was incredibly friendly and service was well balanced.  The only thing lacking was that I prefer not to have tempura in almost every roll. In the end, I rated 4 out of 5 because it was good, but it didn't blow me away.

Just passing through Salt Lake City and I stopped at Dojo (per Yelp reviews). I spend 10 months out of the year traveling and Dojo served some of the best sushi I've had anywhere in the US. The rolls are all unique and reasonably priced. Must try the White Dragon if you like truffle oil. Amazing!! Modern lounge atmosphere added to the whole experience. I will definitely be back next time through SLC.
