We are from San Diego & passing through: absolutely fabulous!
Great salsa...great tortillas... Unbelieveable 3-4 chili pepper sauce!
The warm bean dip is a nice touch. Great service. It is an absolute gem!!!!

Couldnt decide on two or three stars but I'm feeling generous today so three it is. Let me start in by saying man this place is hammered! And I dont mean dive hammered, I mean too cheap to make improvements hammered. It's also pretty over priced for standard run of the mill Mexican food. I hope Evanston isn't turning into Park City were everyone tries to stick it to you whenever they see a chance to make a dime. I have to say the service was good and fast.

Staying in Evanston for a couple weeks of work........thank God!  Decent mexi food & good sized portions........not for the "diet minded"!  The Seafood Enchiladas are excellent.  Young waitress did not understand any kind of margarita lingo so I had to order it from an older gentleman who understood the terms "silver" & "Grand Mariner".  I would not recommend their house tequila though.........go for Patron or Don Julio.  Salsa is excellent but the chips are sub par IMO.  For Evanston......it is about the best you're gonna get.

Decided to stop here instead of one of the fast food stops in town. I was passing through town on the way home and wanted something different. The food was okay, but very salty. I had a combination platter. It came with a chimichanga and a burrito. They were only ok. The best part of the meal was the chips.

We went to the location on Bear River Drive in Evanston, WY.  All five of us thought it was great.  We loved the salsa, which was very flavorful with a little kick to it.  The Margaritas were large and really good (not overly sweet).  The best part was the food.  The portions were large, and it was about the best Mexican food I've ever had.

Our waiter was very helpful and responsive.  We had a few special requests and he was very willing to accomodate all of them -- an "of course, sure we can do that" attitude.

The atmosphere is on the quiter side, but the real reason to go is the food.

When ever my family thought about going out to , my dad would say, "how bout Don Pedro's," and since he owned the wallet, we often went to Don Pedro's.

I really don't have a clue why he liked this place so much. I guess you don't die after you eat here, so that's good, but there is nothing special about it at all.

During a cross-country roadtrip, my cousin and I crossed into Wyoming, determined to rustle up some authentic Wyoming cuisine.

We realized that we had no idea what Wyoming folk eat, so we stopped at the first restaurant we found: Don Pedro's.

The portions were enormous, so we split a taco platter. It was good but not amazing. The place was quiet and a bit dull, but God bless them for being open in the middle of nowhere.
