Hey if you're wanting to have a great and enjoyable time this is the place to be. Duke Tracy's is a ton of fun. The same people are always there which shows it is a great place to hang out at. This particular bar reminds me of Cheers. That is what makes it so great. The drink prices are very reasonable also. The bar tenders are awesome. Defintely check this place out. I'm not a karoake singer but enjoy others that are.

This dimly lit, smoky, grimy little bar is perfect for unattractive deaf alcoholics. The drink prices are not cheap, the kareoke volunteers are tone deaf and overly intoxicated and the service has only been good ONE out of the ten times I've been there. Why have I been ten times? Well, I have acquaintances that like to frequent this place because they are average looking - and inside this bar - average looking equals hollywood beautiful. I like dive bars and kareoke, but this establishment is kept afloat by the obese, unattractive and lonely population of Amarillo.
Definitely stop in for a few minutes and let the place boost your self-esteem a little, watch out for the pot holes in the dangerous parking lot, but don't spend your money here....

Ugh, Duke Tracy's has been horrible everytime I go there. Â It takes a certain type of person to enjoy that place and, lucky for them, Amarillo seems to be full of that type of people. Â Most of the women there were morbidly obese, at least the ones you could see. Â The Kareoke was horrible, probably just cause its country, and the place smell putrid of stale beer and dried vomit. Â Oh and their parking lot sucks.

I like the karaoke and diverse crowd but the service is royally shitty. I would drink SO MUCH more and give them SO MUCH more business if it didn't take so damn long to get a drink.

They do have a good beer selection (Guinness? Um, thank you!) for a dive bar in Amarillo though.

This place was packed due to karaoke. The service was, eh, non existent. Had a good time. Beers were moderately priced.

Then, while waiting to close my tab, my friend was asked to leave. I was unaware that this waitress even worked there due to her behavior on the dance floor. Why would my friend have to leave and walk alone to her car, leaving lil ol' me to do the same? because they were locking the doors AT 2 am. Since she had no tab to close, the waitress insisted on her leaving. My friend tried to explain to her that she was merely waiting on me, not drinking, not making a scene. And the waitress began cussing and pushing my friend! None of the other bar staff, who were all witnessing the event, intervened.

I will NEVER return to this bar and hope that the waitress in particular is no longer employed there.
