  Admittedly, it's been a while since I've been here, but I was a semi-regular for a while, since it was close to my work and I had a teeny-tiny lunch window and Bud's wasn't there yet.  They looked at me like I was from outer space when I ordered a veggie pita, and I think I may have been the first/only person to do so.  I wonder if the giant tortilla pie is still in the display?  It's a behemoth and my husband and I were always curious about it.  
  
  I would describe it not, as a previous poster did, as "a good place to pick up a sandwich" in Interlochen, but rather, "a place to pick up a sandwich in Interlochen."  Even in this teensy-tiny town, there are better options. I am shocked that it's still in business.

  Good place to pick up a sandwich if you are in interlochen.  I visited the other day and was pleasantly surprised that this is more than just a bakery, they also sell gifts, sandwiches.  I had a pretty good veggie pita, only could've been improved if the pita had been warm.  Decent vegetarian selection, but carnivores are not left out either.  Baked goods looked amazing, another time for those.  Dine in or carry-out.
