  My wife and I first saw Carlos at a friends wedding so we were fortunate enough to know we were getting the best DJ/MC for our wedding early June. What we didn't know was how lucky we would be for making that decision. Carlos literally saved our wedding haha.
  The day of wedding coordinator we hired completely dropped the ball. I think she was trying to coordinate two weddings the same day (one i the morning and one in the evening) and just wasn't prepared for our wedding after assuring us she was. I'm sure you can image the panic my wife and I were in but out of nowhere, Carlos walked up to me and told me my wedding planner was missing and asked me if he could take over. He practically volunteered to be our wedding coordinator and ran the rest of the night perfectly.
  All the great things people are saying about him in other reviews are true. He really knows how to read an audience and had everyone dancing all night (the original reason why we hired him). He's funny, he has charisma and for someone who has DJ'ed weddings for as long as he has, he really brings his A game every time.
  Before the wedding my wife and i decided to have our first dance start slow then breakout into a choreographed upbeat dance. We told Carlos we wanted him to pretend his equipment was malfunctioning when it transitioned from the slow song to the upbeat song. Carlos (free of charge) went into a studio and edited the song 4 times for us and sent us multiple versions to pick from. Then when we did the actual dance, he played it out perfectly haha. During the slow part of the dance he walked away from the tent like he was taking a break and when it started to scratch into the upbeat dance song, he rushed back to his tent to pretend to fix it. He had EVERYONE convinced that he messed up and everyone was in complete shock hahaha.... until they saw our choreographed dance of course. Carlos should win an Oscar!
  
  Carlos is the man. If there's anything that you take away from this review, i hope it's the belief that you would be getting someone that genuinely understands how important your wedding is to you. He's got all the talent in the world but what sets him apart is he'll DJ your wedding like you're his family.

  I booked Carlos for my wedding on Thursday April 4.  I booked from Washington so I pretty much went off of reviews. He sent a wedding ceremony and reception planner which was extremely helpful. We communicated mainly through emails and he was very quick to respond to the MANY questions I had. He was very professional and did an AMAZING job. During the reception he kept everyone dancing and we all had a fun time. I highly recommend him. Also if you're doing a destination wedding in Hawaii like I did, book Carlos! He will make your wedding planning much easier.

  I booked Carlos as our DJ/MC for our wedding this past Saturday. Carlos is amazing! He was very nice and professional, flexible when we wanted to adjust our timeline, helpful when we couldn't figure out why our lanterns weren't coming on, and he kept the party going all night long!
  
  I heard nothing but good things about Carlos and the music from our wedding guests. Everyone enjoyed themselves from my nieces and nephews who loved dancing to "Gangnam Style" to my mother who enjoyed Carlos' mixture of old school jams. Carlos was patient and able to coordinate my entire wedding via email, which was super convenient for myself, since I work 3 jobs and don't have any days off.
  
  Thank you so much, Carlos! You made our wedding a fabulous and memorable one! Mahalo nui loa!!!

  YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS MAN!!!  An amazing dj.  Very professional and CATERS to YOUR needs.  I've hired him several times for parties and we can't help but rehire him to do more parties.  He brings his assortments of lights you see in the clubs, amazing sounds and he keeps the party going.  He gets everyone involved and keeps them on the dance floor with all kinds of music.  He plays R&B, Hip hop, Rap, Old school, latin and much more.  He caters to his crowd and audience and he hasn't failed me yet!!!  You want reliable and amazing djing service look no further.  DJ Carlos is your man!!

  AMAZING DJ. I hired Carlos for my wedding and everyone LOVED him. Not only is he very friendly, he's funny and his 'Dj-ing' is fantastic. The transitions between each song was awesome and everyone at the wedding couldn't help but yell "YYYEAAAHHH" after each song. My friends and family love going out to clubs and dancing and he managed to keep them on the dance floor without ruining the 'wedding ambiance'. He's also very comfortable to be around. I'm so happy we picked him.

  My wife and I needed both a DJ and an MC for our wedding event.  We looked at many different options but we went with our gut feeling after getting a chance to talk with Carlos in person.  Carlos did more than provide us with DJ and MC services-- he went above and beyond what we expected him to do by helping us put together our wedding itinerary and managed our activities during the day of the wedding.  
  
  Our wedding took place during one of the most hectic times of the year (so I hear).  We worked with a lot of vendors during our planning and many of them suffered from poor response time and were cumbersome to work with.  Carlos took interest on a personal level and shined in both regards.  
  
  His services are easily worth twice his asking price.

  I've known Carlos The DJ, now for years.  He DJ'd for my daughter's wedding back in 2009.  I've also been to many events that he was the DJ for and always had a great time and enjoyed his music choices.  Love how organized and detail oriented he is and if we had to do it again, we would not have hired the wedding coordinators that we had for my daughter's wedding and we would have definitely put everything totally in his hands.  
  
  Not only does Carlos provide DJ services, but he also provides full-service wedding planner services!  The man is so knowledgeable and keeps on top of all the technology, has the best equipment and also has an incredible extensive collection of music!  He's so great at what he does that you can't help but having that feeling of being in the right hands and you won't have ever worry about him being a diva and just doing his own thing!  Everything he does for you revolves around your requests and instructions!  And if you're not sure what instructions to give or what requests to make, it's ok and don't worry....he'll have lots of suggestions for you and won't let you down!
