The only thing that was good about this place was the Oreo pie we took back to our hotel room. The salad bar was ok the "cheese sauce" on my loaded French fries was orange oil . The turkey club was a lot of turkey but it was just shaved lunch meat and no lettuce and burnt bacon. The only person in my family to like their food was my daughter liked her over easy burger. The other four of us were very disappointed. Won't be back.

Nothing special, typical American fare. It reminded me of a Denny's or a Shoney's. I had the club which was average. The mini-potato pancakes were pretty good.

The only reason I stopped here was the picture of the happy-face cookie that reminded me of similar cookies I had as a child. They were good, but not great.

Try the potato pancakes. You won't be sorry.

Gosh, I have been here so many times throughout my life, it's not even funny. When I was growing up, it was a convenient spot for straightforward American fare complete with a soup & salad bar, and some pretty tasty milkshakes. These days, it serves wonderfully as a place of nostalgia when I am in the area.

On my most recent visit, I decided to take advantage of their takeout menu. I was particularly interested in their soups which they sell by the quart for a mere $6.99. I have always liked the chicken noodle soup because they use thick egg noodles, and they don't skimp on the chicken either. It is a hearty delight. Similarly, their chili is fairly decent. It looks simple enough, but it is pretty addictive owing largely to the generous use of spicy ground beef. Another thing I took advantage of was the bakery. Eat 'N Park is pretty famous for their smiley cookies, so I availed myself a full box worth. Unfortunately, these are something I remember tasting better than they actually are. These cookies were thin and crunchy, so I found them to be less desirable both from the standpoint of texture and taste. I will pass on these in the future, but I doubt their popularity will diminish at all. Some might be excited to know that these cookies can be ordered online and shipped nationally. Check out: http://www.smileycookie.… .

In general, I definitely recommend them for a roadside stop. They excel at breakfast, soups, and anything that is baked.

This review is based upon the smiley face cookies only. Every time I am traveling on the PA turnpike due to visiting family I always stop and get 6 smiley face cookies. I swear these cookies are like crack!!! Delicious sugar cookies and the smile on the cookie makes me happy while I am devouring them. I have never eaten at this location before but have enjoyed their food at other locations

Ryan: I though this place was great. It blows away any other restaurant like it (Denny's, IHOP, Perkins) in food quality and service. I had a very nice veggie burger with mini potato pancakes on the side. We shared an order of grilled stickies with vanilla ice cream for desert, and it was pretty damn good.

Jeff: My cheese omelette looked one star but tasted three. Bendy straws!

Chris: I ate a very complicated buffalo chicken salad. It had buffalo chicken, hard boiled eggs, french fries and a massive amount of lettuce. I give my salad a three stars but the grilled sticky five stars.
