This place really has me excited for Greensburg! I don't know why, but I feel compelled to say that. I am from Latrobe originally, and every time I'm on my way back to Pittsburgh from a visit, I would see the OP billboard along route 30 and consistently tell myself to try it out. I finally had the opportunity, and it did not disappoint. It's located right in downtown, which is becoming an impressive little city, and has all the style and sophistication of a typical bar and pub with a little gastropub feel.

Drinks: The beer selection rocks! The moment she told me that they had Brooklyn Brown on tap (which is beyond rare) was the moment I fell in love. Dramatic much? Of course, that's what I do. It seemed like they have enough of a selection to not let anyone down, even with Headkeeper right down the street, known for their wide beer variety.

Food: Fantastic! We ordered fried pierogis (spelling?) as an appetizer, and while typically I'm not  fan, they were really good. Although, anything battered and fried usually is delightful. I then ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and loved it and my friend ordered their signature, Garbage Burger. It had a fried egg on top, with peanut butter on the bun and a cup of syrup to pour on top. Sounds gross? Yes. Amazing? Most definitely. Get over the thought and dive in. It was amazing and I was secretly jealous the entire time that I did not order it myself.

Atmosphere / Misc: The service was great, the crowd was cool (not too "yinzery", nor pretentious), and the prices were affordable for what you got. They also had live music, and it was genuinely a cool place. I may be overly excited about Oliver's Pourhouse due to the fact that 90% of all other restaurants in that area are chains, but it no doubt can hold it's own.

What's nice about this place is that it is the only place in Greensburg where you know that you can walk in on any given Friday or Saturday night and catch live entertainment.  The food is good, the service is good, but the music is constant.

Good food. I LOVE the Chicken Pesto Sandwich and also enjoy the Cajun chicken salad. Monday's taco special is also a favorite (more for the price than the taste, but better than taco bell!). Their chips are also very good, only place I will choose homemade chips over fries!

Only issues is that it is dark and the dining room has an awful echo that makes it very loud even when there's only a few tables full.  I much prefer to sit on the bar side, but the biggest table on the bar side only seats 4.

    Prices range from $7-$15.
