I like the Edge even though it is a little pricey but you do need to realize this is a ski resort and they may not see a whole lot of people during the off season. Â We came in for lunch and the place was packed to the gills. Â We had a 40 minuet wait and they gave us one of those hand light buzzer that light up when it was our turn to be seated. Â We were not able to get a window table, which is understandable. Â The waiter was from Jamaica. Â He was nice and cool. Â We ordered the nachos and they were really good, hot, fresh and packed high with freshly made chips, not stale like some places. I also had the regular cheeseburger and it was very juicy and cooked perfect. Â In the corner by the entrance the is a small stage were I guess they must have bands play at night.

Health Inspection Grade A (1 critical violation)
Quick update from my review during the week. Lunch service over the weekend was horrible and I know they were packed but it should never take 2 hours to be seated, eat, and get the check when you're skiing on a 8 hour ski pass. I'd recommend eating lunch here during the week but on weekends try Pryors Porch for a quick bite to eat and get out to hit the slopes.
