El Bracero

We have ate here since the day it opened years ago. It's been great but then in early 2012 the service became very bad. Visit after visit we got poor service We stopped going because of it. Then we wanted to try again after so many months. It was back to its old self. We talked to one of the waiters and he told us they had fired some of the staff. The chips and salsa were great as was the food. The service was great and our meal was ready very quickly.

Staying overnight at the nearby Holiday Inn. This place was recommended. The recommendation turned out to be a good one, I had the taquitos and wife had the tacos con Carne Asada. Chips were real local cooked, salsa fresh but not exciting.

Food fresh-cooked and hot. Beer good, margarita tasted of a pre-mix. I enjoyed the break after long day of driving.  I would eat here again if back at same hotel.

Average Mexican food restaurant.  As someone that has lived in California and Texas, I am pretty picky about my Mexican food.  The food here is neither great nor horrible.  It is a serviceable option, but nothing memorable.
