The Topp Skillet

I don't know if I should let the word out, but I absolutely LOVED this place. Located inside the La Porte Co op shoppes. The food is homemade, my daughter and I had lunch there, great homemade, may I say that again, homemade, roasted tomato and red pepper soup and a cheese sandwich for 5.00! My daughter had homemade, yes homemade, tamales, sorry I didn't catch the price but they were so good, with a side of Isabel's homemade salsa. Which she sells by the 1 lb container for 3.00. Isabel is the owner and great cook,very very nice lady! she even offers free coffee for the shoppers at the co-op. I give Isabel two thumbs up and can't wait to tell my friends and family about her. I also can't wait to get back there, I had that full feeling but didn't want to stop eating!
