Great place! The inside decor is lovely, looks like an outdoor market. Very clean, and the manager Daniel is a Great Guy! Food is delicious! I enjoyed the fajita enchiladas, and Sweetie enjoyed the chicken fajitas! The salsa and queso are quite good. It's a quiet, clean, comfortable place the whole family can enjoy.
Only reason it's missing a star is for the driving distance from Azle. It takes about 20-25 minutes or so to get there.
Two guys who have worked in restaurants decided it would be a good idea to open their own. Â That's kind of like thinking if you once rode on a bus you can drive one.
They have been open about two weeks, so I decided to have lunch. Â The hostess is a neice of the manager and has no experience, it was also the first job for the waitress who couldn't even tell me who owned the place. Â
The chips were surprisingly light, crisp and warm. Â The salsa was very bland with the exception of salt that was used as a thickener. Â The menu is just the basics: enchiladas, tamales, tacos, fajitas. Â I had the chile relleno and my wife had the chicken enchiladas. Â
Bland is the best description of everything. Â If I lived in the city limits of Paradise and didn't have a car, I might eat there again but probably would go for something from the deli at the convenience store instead.
I don't know why I thought the flan might be okay for dessert but it was overcooked and suffered from synersis.
