Of all the Mexican restaurants and plates available in the city, El Rancho has separated itself from the others with this signature dish.
Mixing peppers, onions, tomatoes and a hint of lime to a hot skillet of queso and chorizo sausage, you can easily make this your entree.
The menu is extensive, but I highly recommend the chicken fajitas and seafood chimichanga. Fresh veggies are incorporated in both and the chimi is not fried to excess, leaving you full but not feeling stuffed to the gills. Wonderful service and warm, inviting colors makes for a memorable experience.
