This establishment was relatively tasty, I ordered a delicious plate of nachos (with fajitas) and the price came out to like five dollars which was great!
The margaritas, albeit a bit sugary, were only two dollars which is a pretty incredible deal. At about ten o'clock they dropped the drink specials down to 1 dollar on the margaritas which was great.
I enjoyed the two dollar domestic beers (in a bottle) though.
The establishment used to be something else before, and they totally didn't re-model it all. Apparently the owners are trying to see how the business goes before investing any money in it.
Now, I am not the best business person but I do know that you are supposed to outlay up front to make your establishment more desirable. I would suggest this to them.
I believe they're also having a gay night (on Thursday) with this dance area they have off to the side. I've never seen it and doubt I'll be driving out that far on a Thursday night either.
I generally stick to McAllen but this Edinburg middle of nowhere place is acceptable. If you just happen to be in the middle of nowhere.
