It was very obvious when we went here that we were not locals.  We pretty much had one drink and left.  It was so crowded, and we were the only ones that weren't stoned, so it was a little uncomfortable.

This is a great little pub to stop into for a break from shopping downtown. They serve local beers, which is what drew us there in the first place, and they have a nice patio deck upstairs. It looks like they only have 4 local beers on draft at any given time but they have a nice selection from light to dark. It looks like this place might be pretty happening at night, but it was very enjoyable during the day as well.

The patio has bench seating with tables and umbrellas as well as seating right up against the patio railing for some great people watching! It looks like they also serve food here, but we did not eat anything. Probably just your average bar menu- the kitchen was teeny!

I have spent a fair amount of time in Crested Butte and can't believe it took me this long to try this place! I loved everything about my experience.

The bar is located above a local business and has a great patio that offers a nice view of the town. There isn't a ton of outdoor seating but there is plenty inside. My fiance and I  visited around 1 o'clock on a Sunday and the atmosphere was so relaxing and exactly what I want on a Sunday afternoon.

They offer a burger special: $10 for a burger, fries, and a draft beer. The burger was great and I ate all fries even though I'm not usually a french fry person. The bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beer choices, which I look for in a brewery.

Do yourself a favor and order one of their beers instead of your typical go-to. I say this for every brewery. I don't see the point in going to great local brewpub and ordering a Coors or PBR. It just doesn't make sense! I had the Wildfire ESB and it was a good choice for the cooler weather and a great pairing for the food.

I can't wait to come back and try this place on a weekend night!

Locally brewed beer but we tried a sampler and none were too distinctive. Burgers and fries were excellent. Outdoor patio a plus

We were staying in Crested Butte for the weekend and stumbled upon the Eldo; really it was for the humorous sign and location - plus the 2nd floor deck on Elk St. sold us. There were quite a few events going on downtown and it was a good spot to have a few cold cocktails and people watch. Beers are very reasonable and the bartenders are friendly and accomodating. Super chill spot for sure.

We were visiting in the off-season, and are experienced tavern folk. This is a place for locals who like to smoke on the deck overlooking town. Beer selection was sub par, service was so-so until "Heather" took over the bar. Otherwise we were invisible to the staff, bartender, etc. Vibe was depressing. Perhaps it would be a three star for us if the service had some energy behind it.

I can't believe no one has reviewed this place!!

The best bartender in town works here.  Ask Heather for a 'ray of sunshine'.  You might want to make sure that you tell her you read this review on yelp, since only 3 locals know about this drink.

Come on Friday night for Bingo or a band or foosball or pool.

Ah, who am i kiddin'....they have booze!!
Strong drinks = you tipping BIG.
