  Imagine, if you will, a pizza place in a little burg somewhere in the middle of South Carolina.  Now imagine that the pizza place doesn't actually serve pizza all the time.  You have to wait until 4pm for that.  So if you go at lunch, you can only get sandwiches.
  
  But, when you are looking for a place that takes credit cards, you don't have a lot of choices in Lake View, SC.  If you happen to have cash, go up the street to Dairy Maid and I think you'll be a lot better off.
  
  If you should happen to find yourself in Filomeno's, you may want to bring the disinfectant, because it's a pretty disgusting little restaurant.  The owner/chef seems to be perpetually covered in sweat.  There are stains on the walls.  The seats are torn.  I'm really rather surprised it hasn't been shuttered by the health department.  If there is one in this town.
  
  The food is about what you might expect.
