Final Cut Steakhouse

When I walk into Final Cut steak house, I don't need a menu.  Every item on the evolving menu is worth double the cost, yet I can't stray from my go to favorite.  28 oz. porterhouse steak cooked medium and slightly charred on the outside with a side of asparagus.  It wouldn't be complete without the mushrooms, onions & bernaise.  Top it off with a side of Johnny Walker Blue Label & you're in for the best night of your life.  Enjoy the professional & courteous service.  Easily one of the best chef's in the tri-state (if not THE best).

Awesome steak and we too were pleasantly suprized.  Great service.  Mushrooms along with steak were very tasty.  We like Jeff Ruby's too, but this ranks right up there

I came here for an office dinner party and I was actually surprised about how good the food was. They served pretzel roll along with sourdough which was a nice change. I got their wedge salad which was excellent, as well as an order of bacon for my appetizer. Yes, they have BACON as an appetizer and it is just about the most amazing thing ever...thick cut with a mustard dipping sauce...you have got to try it! I got the 6oz filet and my husband got the bone-in ribeye, we were both surprised that it compared well to the Jeff Ruby's steaks we've had. I topped everything off with the creme brûlée trio. It came with coconut and chocolate flavors, which I wasn't a huge fan of, but the normal one was super tasty. As a warning, my husband commented that his chocolate cake was a bit dry. The service was alright, the waiter on our side made a couple mistakes but I get the idea that he was just new. I think I'll probably come back and recommend you try it out, even if it's just for the bacon.
