This place is my go to place to chill at in Turlock.. Since Turlock is surely lacking on downtown scene for young people, it's nice to have a place around here that has a fun night life vibe. Fire Temple has a lot of shisha flavors to choose from and plenty of (non-alcoholic) drinks. The guys are cool for the most part, some of them have a tendency to talk down to you as if you have never smoked hookah in your life. I for one love hookah and I know what flavors I like already, and one dude constantly tries to push the flavors he's trying to get rid of each time I go there and see him. A little annoying but whatever, it's still a good time. They big screen projector is cool and they have all kinds of music playing from Middle Eastern tunes, to Hip-Hop, to Electronic & Techno (although I would love for them to play less techno and more hip hop).
Review Source:The guys working here have a good sense of humor. They're all pretty attentive. The price is okay and the hookah's always good. I wish they'd have something going on in the center of the room instead of all the couch things lined up against the walls with nothing to look at in the middle. My friends and I love the convenience of this place since it is so close to campus. I'd recommend some better music... Sometimes it's okay but other times, that makes me lightheaded instead of hookah lol.
Review Source:Someone mentioned 21 as the age but you actually have to be 18 to go into a hookah bar. Although the walls are funky and not so consistent as far as designs, the hookah is average, price is affordable, and the people always attend to you quickly. They will ensure your charcoal gets changed, you have your tea with your sugar, etc. I would definitely recommend this place.
