Firehouse Restaurant

We decided to finally try this place.  We have a place in West Branch so it's only 10 min away.  We had beer which was good and cold but we were really impressed with our dinners.  I had the Catfish dinner and my husband had the the fisherman's platter.  We highly recommend the catfish dinner.  It was cooked perfect and the vegetable of the day was asparagus (one of my favorites).  They gave me about 7-8 big pieces.  Really enjoyed ourselves. Waitress was good and very friendly.

I understand people that drop out of high school need a place to work but does it have to be a restaurant?  Good god man they could even make two burgers correctly! WTF!  Next time I stop in there I'm taking a dump on the floor and leaving.  At least then I will feel like I got my money's worth.

The only way I would ever come back is if I see a change of owner sigh, I'll continue to avoid this dump. Bad service worse food.
