Firehouse Subs

Well this was delicious. A lot of the sandwiches sound similar, but trust what they have is good. The bf only gets the Smokehouse Beef and cheddar brisket. He loves it with all his heart. Every clogged artery of it.
Do your best not to look at the calorie chart online. It is shocking. I think the highest I saw was 1300 calories. How is that possible?
I did realize if you hold the cheese and mayo you can save 400 calories. That's pretty  significant. I've also realized I eat like calories don't exist in Arkansas, so I kept the cheese and used light mayo when I got home on my Engineer sub.

PS "Fully Involved" means mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato

PPS I'd like to franchise this in Cleveland, call me firehouse subs!

I've been here several times now and the food is always excellent. The service is fast and friendly. Easy access off Interstate 30. Specialty sandwiches move from traditional favs to the more clever or adventurous. Amazing array of hot sauces. Now we have one in FoCo. I plan to frequent it often.

I don't eat there a lot, but when I get the munchies for a good sub- I wouldn't go anywhere else. The one in Bryant has friendly staff. The price is reasonable. It's family friendly. They have the coolest soda fountain I've ever seen! Hahaha all in all, I love Firehouse Subs.
