Friend's Bar & Restaurant

I love this cute little bar!!!
This place is very small but can be very fun. The last time I was here was for the last Vikings game where we lost the NFC championship. :( such a bummer!!! But what I really appreciated about this place was that we got there at like 5 and the game started at 5:30. The waitress was nice enough to let us know that there was great food & drink specials that would start at 5:30 if we waited a few minutes. THANK YOU!!
So many places have specials and happy hours and then they act like they are secrets they dont really want you to know about. I'm a big happy hour goer so thats one of my worst pet peeves.
Also, they were giving out a free beer for every touchdown. The bartender was there at our table IMMEDIATELY after every one and promptly went to every table and we got our beers super fast!! We went to another bar that had this special as well and you practically had to BEG to get your free beer. So this was a pleasant and well appreciated change of pace!!

This place has great customer service! And because we were so pleased with the great deals we got, we ended up spending quite a bit and got shots etc. that we prob wouldnt have otherwise.  :)

We will be back again for sure next football season!!!
