Will never eat here again. Â Got the breakfast buffet for me and my daughter. Â They had enough for one person to eat. Â They did not replenish it at all in spite of claims that they would. Â $18.00 for breakfast that my daughter and I could not eat. Â Never again will I visit this place.
Also, much like another reviewer wrote for this establishment, the crew is standing around gossiping and not doing anything about the buffet that needs replenishing.
I've never eaten at a Frisch's, so I figured I'd give this place a shot.  This is among the worst fast food I've ever eaten, it makes McDonald's and Burger King seem like gourmet.  The sandwiches we ordered were coated in mayo to the point the whole sandwich was sopping wet with it.  The fries had that disgusting old, stale, soggy, cooked in 3 week old  vegetable oil taste.  I'll never eat here again and would strongly  recommend you eat elsewhere.
Review Source:My son and I visited this big boy and we both ordered the breakfast bar....they have nothing...3 pieces of everything...and every staff member including the manager standing in a huddle talking....no one watching door...waited for a table...then found a horrible breakfast bar...little variety compared to Col. Glen breakfast bar and staff acting as if you were interrupting their day....we will be continuing to visit the Col Glen location due to great service...better variety and quantity of food...and we don't have to watch staffing stand around...hope someone reads this and corrects these issues...or this store won't last long.

We went through the drive-thru to grab a Hot Fudge Cake. Price? $2.70. Edibility? Zero. This was literally The Worst (capital W) Hot Fudge Cake I have ever received.

Okay, I will admit it's never a good idea to visit an establishment  20 minutes before closing, but we were hungry and nothing else was open. Also, it looked really nice from the road. Thats where the nice stopped. We did keep it simple, a Big Boy and fries. Not too difficult right? Food tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Fries were cold to the touch. I asked my waitress if they could drop them again, she informed me the kitchen had already closed. Her manager said she would refund me if I stopped eating and raked them off my plate. Btw, the manager was incredibly grumpy and should consider a different profession. Terrible customer service.
Review Source:This is a very new location. Â Yet it's aggravating and makes me claustrophobic. Â There is no room to move around. Â The architect who designed this particular location needs to go back to school. Â
Staff is terrible, management is apathetic. Â The food is lousy.
We've dined there several times. Â The location is convenient, so we keep going back. Â DUH!
Brand spankin' new restaurant with its own traffic light (how'd they manage that?!). Â The boy and I stopped here mainly out of desperation after sleeping in a little too long and missing the lunch hours of the 1st 2 places we stopped. Â
New and clean? Â Yes. Â Kinda confusing? Â Um, yeah. Â Somehow, we had 4 different servers. Â 1st one took our drink order. Â 2nd one brought us our drinks. Â Back to the 1st one to take our food order. Â 3rd one to bring us the wrong food. Â 3rd one brought us the right food. Â Found a hair in my food and didn't want to eat any more. Â 4th one to bring us the check. Â
Maybe they don't have all the wrinkles worked out, but not an experience that makes me want to come back!
