Where do I start. It is hard for me to be critical of someone's business and livelihood, but this has to be an exception.
The problem started right up front. We arrived in good spirits after a day of beautiful weather and were not surprised when they said there was a twenty minute wait. Unfortunately, the wait turned in to more than an hour, because in there words, Â "people just weren't leaving." It wasn't until we sat down that we began to see the real issue. Our server was nice, took our drink order, and then disappeared. After about a half hour, she came back and refilled our drinks, saying our food should be up any minut. After a full hour (we had now been at the restaurant for two hours) we still hadn't gotten our food, finally we were told that they only had two cooks, but even so, they didn't know why it was taking so long. The manager came over and offered a free dessert, but we just wanted to eat and be on our way. After more than two hours, our food finally came, and IT WAS WRONG. My wife had ordered a simple chicken inchelada, and they brought beef. When we pointed out that it was wrong, they didn't even offer to replace it, supposedly because they only had the two cooks, so my wife literally did not eat her food. My daughter took a peace of chicken out of her burrito and gave it to my wife, and my wife immediately said it was so nasty SHE COULDN'T SWALLOW IT. After waiting all this time, not being brought the right food, and having the food brought not edible we were offered a 20% discount on a bill for incorrect, in edible food.
To top it off, my daughter woke up in the middle of the night THROWING UP. Wow, wonder where that problem could have come from?
Avoid this place at all costs!
