My boyfriend and I went in to get a quick bite to eat last night. Â We walked in, and stood there for a minute, waiting to see if we were to seat ourselves or if someone was going to come over (we had never been here before, so we were not sure).
After we made the assumption that we were to seat ourselves, we did so at a booth, and waited a good 10 minutes for someone to come over to help us (although every bartender that was there looked over at us a few times). Â
Once we finally got a server, we placed our order. Â My boyfriend ordered the $5.00 burger special, and asked for it medium well. I ordered a cheese pizza on the crispy side.
After about 20 minutes (which is fine) a waitress came over and said "which one of you ordered the pizza?" Â I said that I did, and she said to my boyfriend "your burger is ready, but I accidentally gave your pizza to a customer at the bar. Â We put another one in for you and it should be out shortly. Â She brought out my boyfriends burger and he cut it in half and it was by no means medium well. Â He didnt say anything, as he would still eat it. Â He ate his whole burger and my pizza still was not out. Â After he finished his meal, the waitress came back out and said "we have put 2 pizzas in the oven, and they are just not cooking right....can I get you something else instead?" Â At this point, we were there for over an hour, and I just didnt want to be there anymore, so I declined. Â She did apologize, and then brought the bill. Â She gave me a $5.00 voucher for a return visit (highly unlikely) and said "have a good night" Â
The bar seems like they cater to their "regular crowd" and are more concerned with trying out the drinks that they are making the customers, and running over to the juke box to find a good song to play. Â Customer service is terrible.
