Shane was our server. My boys and I spent time at the mall shopping to grab a bite here. Our server, Shane; was in the dark about Yelp. After reading some of the reviews I'm sure his feelings were hurt because he WAS a great server! It was clean, comfortable, and Shane even made me a fantastic drink. I would return and ask for him for sure!!!
Review Source:I enjoyed my dinner here. Felt like I got a good value. The menu is typical American chain sit down food but it was actually very tasty. I had the chicken tenders with fries and seasonal vegetable (broccoli).
The atmosphere is better than I expected. They have half priced burgers on Wednesdays.
Nothing negative to say, but nothing out of the ordinary. I'm not a huge fan of these types of restaurants or else I might have given a better score.
Don't waste your money. This is one of those places that "Kitchen Nightmares" needs to make a show at. My wife and I thought we'd try it out. The waiter Cole obviously doesn't have the word "thank you" in his vocabulary. I ordered Fish and Chips, instead I got a mangled fish that was ground up and blended with too much batter into a fish shake then fried. I dug around for about 15 minutes before I actually found something that resembled fish. I've eaten beavers that tasted more like fish.The coleslaw was tasteless. Its a matter of time before Garfield's goes out of business just like the rest of the mall. The sooner the better too.
Review Source:Not impressed with this place at all. I was dining with three other people and they sat us in a booth that could barely hold one person on the seat let alone two. I ordered an entree salad and while you got a lot for your money, it wasn't that great. The lettuce was going bad, and the ranch salsa dressing was very runny with tomato chunks in it. Our waitress was friendly and obliged when we asked to have a tv changed to a certain game. Overall the staff was good but the food was just not worth it. I don't think I'll be going back here.
Review Source:Horrible food horrible service. Â I've given this place a chance 3 times now and it seems to get worse. Â The service is the worst I've had in awhile, it takes someone 15 minutes to get your drink order, and at 30 minutes to get the food to you, and by the time you get it, its cold. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, waited 15 minutes and ordered our entrees- the appetizer came out at the same time as the entree- 45 minutes after we ordered. Â In addition, the mozzarella sticks had NO CHEESE inside of them, when we informed the waitress we got a snoody comment. Â It was horrible, and I will never go back. Â Avoid this place if you can.
