I have dinned at this restaurant a number of times and up until tonight I really enjoyed it. Tonight I was quoted a 5-10 min. wait time, which was 30+ min. The waiting area had a bicycle blocking a bench that was desperately needed to seat customers as they waited for a table. Â When we were escorted to our table, there were 4 of 5 empty booths. Don't understand the wait time...? I ordered Spaghetti with Clams (which I have ordered a number of times before) the pasta was under cooked and it had no sauce. I mentioned this to my waitress, at which point I was told, this is how the dish is prepared (no offer to fix the problem). The clams were good, so I ate them. I finished with 80% of the food still on the plate, the waitress asked if I wanted a box, I said no (no offer to fix the problem). Bottom line, every restaurant has off nights and busy nights, however, NEVER try to convince your customer that they are wrong and ALWAYS make an offer to fix the problem. This will be the last $100 bill you receive from me. BTW: there is a great outlet for free consulting for restaurant owners, it's call Restaurant Impossible on Food Network, I suggest the owners of Garlini's watch it. One day there will be no one in your waiting area and this will be the reason.
Review Source:This is one of our favorites. Â Good neapolitan style pizza (I think that's what it's called - the kind with thin crust and less grease). Â The style and atmosphere is dark and cozy and lively. Â A great place for a date or out with friends. Â Excellent flavor, good service, fresh food. Â The whole package.
Review Source:Le magnifico! Â This place rocks - four of us dined here late on a Sunday night over Labor Day weekend - everything was fresh, everything was great!!!
Wenatchee is not necessarily known for being a hotbed of fine italian cuisine - but, now you can change your thought process - this place does everything right from their food & wine to their outstanding service.
You will appreciate the decor dark wood & brick casual but certainly not boring. Â
The Blackened Chicken Pasta, Chicken Melanise or the Farrer Pizza are fantastic!
I do not give out 5 stars easily but, these guys are deserving.
This might be tthe best restaurant in Wenatchee. Â Loved the food (we had specialty pizza's named after famous bike racers) and the owners are friendly and seem to willing to use great ingredients and stretch the menu beyond basic Italian standbys. Â We can't wait to go back and try the pasta entrees. Â Atmosphere was comfortable and the bar seems inviting (we were there for lunch). Â Decent selection of wine by the glass.
Review Source:I wish they still had the old menu from the previous Eastside location! I miss the chicken parm and the sausage! The new menu is a bit more on the pricer side, but the atmosphere is very nice and there is nice high private booths!
The customer service was good... it was busy and our waitress at times forgot about us. We came in on a Thursday evening and they were just as busy as a Saturday night. We got seated promptly with no problems at all! I had the seafood cannelloni and the hubby had the pepperoni pizza... they were both delicious! We had so much food that we had plenty of leftovers!
