Genji Japanese Steakhouse

The food was great, the server was adequate, and the cook was awesome. We had a great time!

SALMONELLA ANYONE??

The cook flipped the raw chicken onto the grill and in the very same motion, with the very same spatula, he served each person at the table the fried rice. ARE YOU KIDDING?

Will never, ever return.  Regardless if this was just one cook--one time--that is the very BASIS of cooking. Any restaurant that does not stress the importance of being sanitary in their cooking *especially when it is done infront of the customers* probably has very little cleanliness when out of sight of customers.

Awesome food. Very fun. Chefs were amazing!!!!!
