Green Olive

Our son lives in Visalia and every trip we make to visit we always try to make at least one stop at The Green Olive.  It is a local's bar and it is always nice to visit with locals.  Pool tables and table sitting.  But sitting at the bar is the best fun.  Our favorite bartender is Bobbie.  She is friendly and welcoming.  The Green Olive is not fancy but is fun, friendly and welcoming.

This is your typical dive bar, and you'll experience just what you'd expect: dimly lit pool hall, Budweiser on tap, cowboys in smelly boots.

Stopped in for a pint with a friend and after engaging in conversation was hushed by patrons and the bartender who were trying to watch American Idol. Promptly finished our drinks and headed to the Cellar Door to watch a live band instead.
