At first blush, I liked the feel of this restaurant--it was decorated and styled in a more "authentic" decor than say, Casa Fiesta in Fultondale, and that helped the vibe of the place.
The crowd was moderate on the Sunday evening we went, and our party of six was immediately seated. There is a middle area with a selection of medium and small tables, and booths run along both walls to the back of the restaurant. There's a counter in the back that serves as the register where you pay.
There are heaping baskets of chips and bowls of salsa to start out, as expected (the salsa gets refilled out of a pitcher, which is the first time I've seen that ingenious idea), but once ordered, the food arrives rapidly. The fajita chicken quesadilla dinner was tasty if a bit messy--the combined juices of the chicken, peppers, and onions were more than a match for the sticking power of the cheese, causing the quesadilla to quickly fall apart. Nonetheless, the meal was very good, and our server was attentive with our drinks.
For a "south of the border" fix, I'd go back to Habaneros again, just to mix things up.
