It's a buffet. Standard American Diet fare. The choices are broad within that category, but the food (unless snagged immediately following a refill) all gravitates quickly toward an indistinguishable lukewarm. The salad bar is decent, and does have separate lettuce and spinach bowls, which can be a perk for some. Even the desserts were ho-hum, fashioned more for a need of quantity over quality. Prices were also a bit disappointing--nearly $25 for two adults with waters, after tax and before tipping. We could (and did) spend a comparable amount at Outback for a much tastier, more quality dinner for two.
