The place is indeed squeaky clean and the people are nice, which is why it was such a huge bummer to find the food to be inedible. I mean we couldn't eat it, we threw it away. We love middle eastern food and were so excited to have someplace close to us.
To be specific, the chicken shwarma sandwich was ok but the falafel was hard, greasy and we couldn't eat it. The tabbouleh was also ok but the baba gannoush was unrecognizable--dry and horrible tasting. The hummus had no taste at all.
Perhaps we should have taken a pass when they told us the chef was on vacation. So disappointed. I would suggest they close the restaurant when the chef is away.
