Homestyle Chicken N Fish

I'm surprised there isn't a review here yet. My husband told me about this place for years and when we relocated back to his hometown it was the first place he took me. The gizzards are so tender and delicious. The corn fritters here are absolutely amazing (that's a lot coming from me as I have had a problem with corn since one of my male friends made dinner for me 10 years ago). The okra is delicious (I love okra but it was so hard to get up north). The place is small but the service is phenomenal and welcoming. Their wings are very tasty as well. The catfish is really tasty and they give you healthy-sized fillets. The fries aren't that great, but I can easily forgive that when there are so many delicious things to choose from. Their sweet tea is very good (not too sweet, just right). The building is old, but clean and well-kept. We will be coming back when I get the itch for gizzards.
