Hay Tone's Hangout

I drive past this place all the time on my way home and always wanted to check it out.  I stopped by one day and caught some of the SF Giants Parade on TV.  This place has everything.  It has a convenience store, a bar, pool hall, darts, and nice local people.  The bartender was very nice and the place had a "Cheers" kind of vibe to it.  I decided to grab a beer because they had Monkey Knife Fight on tap.  The beer was a little flat, but it still tasted good.

Mighty high on the dive-o-meter!  

Near convienience store snack, drink, and smoke assortment.  Austin peanut butter orange cracker sandwiches, Schwan's frozen pizza, and Swisher sweets?  Check.  Check. Check.  

Lotto for sale.  

Drink tokens in jars labeled with regulars names.  Prepaying?  What a responsible way to budget your drinking habit.  

Just heading into the rural area just south of Elk Grove is where you'll find it.  Across the street from the skating rink.   Needless to say you'll run into some characters here.  Plenty of pool tables (4), a internet juke, a nice flat screen TV, cheap draft beer, and a patio.  Doesn't sound too bad does it?

The best bar in Franklin. The beer is always extremely cold. The place has the small town atmosphere and the people are friendly.
