Good friendly service. Asked for recommendations and the waitress had good knowledge of the menu and gave me some good info. Â The inside is warm with thick wood frames which hold stone walls and a zinc framed ceiling. The character is definitely a big part of the great ambiance here. I liked the table overhang lamps which are made from Mason's milk or old oil bottles. Â I went with the Cod 'po boy with fries and...loved it. Give it a try.
Review Source:I came here for dinner and a few beers, and this place has some pretty good food!
The restaurant has an old barn atmosphere which is kind of interesting.
I had the reuben rolls for an appetizer. They were excellent! The ingredients of a reuben sandwich wrapped and fried in an egg roll wrapper with thousand island to dip in.
The bleu cheeseburger is one of the better ones I have had (It's about the only burger I get anywhere). Â
The beers arrive a little slow for my likings, but I guess I should have sat in the bar area if I wanted quicker beers.
Seems to be some of the better food in the area. I will definitely be back!
