Heavenly Bar

This bar is within Harvey's and seats maybe 15 people or so with a few small TVs to look up to above the video poker at your drink level.  Paul was bartending this weekend for Cinco de Mayo and our first drink was a bloody mary. We weren't gambling so this was $5 each and had no garnish (no onion, no celery, just a slice of lime - which should always be on the side and not dropped in...)
I liked the drink but my fiance thought the "tomato juice" from the gun tasted like a horrible fake tomato soda flavor. Neither drink had any hint of alcohol.  We went back later (it was the bar most convenient to where we were gambling) and we wanted to watch the Kentucky Derby so we sat down with a friend and threw $20 into the poker machines, eyes mostly fixed on the TVs... our same bartender came back over and we ordered a Vodka-cran (me) and a vodka tonic (fiance). These ones were much better. The $3 each cost was comped because we were playing.
They get 3 stars because the bartender wasn't super friendly and didn't go out of his way to talk to us. Also, the first drink was pretty disappointing but the second one was perfect so we ultimately found a happy medium.

We were looking for a quick drink and the Heavenly Bar drew our attention with the neon lighting.  

Pros-
* Very relaxed atmosphere in the bar
* Bartender was friendly
* She knew what a Tokyo Tea was and made it the drinks correctly!
* Conveniently located in Harrah's for you visitors.

Cons-
* A bit expensive.  It was nearly $8.00 a drink. . . pretty expensive.  I suppose it's their version of the Vegas strip, but I expected more around the lines of Downtown Vegas drink prices not Las Vegas Strip prices.  

Nothing special with this bar.  It wasn't that busy and I was trying to kill a few minutes so I figured, why not?  No problems with getting the drinks I wanted and the content of alcohol in every drink ordered was perfect.
