Hibachi Buffet

The food on the buffet is decent.  A lot of typical stuff here.  A lot more shrimp dishes than I've seen on a buffet, though.  They also have a decent sushi bar that is constantly being restocked.  I've had better sushi, but it's pretty decent for a buffet place - like 6 or 8 varieties.

They make you pay before you sit down.  Probably a good idea.  Lots of doors into this place - it's connected to the bowels of the building that still claims to be the Marquette Mall.  

Ice Cream available in small packages from Schoep's of Wisconsin.  No wooden spoon/sticks, though.  Use the metal spoons you get, the plastic ones aren't very good for this.

Spicy pork, general's chicken, salt & pepper shrimp were some of my favorites.  Big wontons, nice vegetable rolls.  Salmon, taco meat, and cheese pizza as well.
