Hiram Station

Ok.  How do I start to review this establishment?  We almost walked out.  There is a sign posted on the front door saying you had to be 18 to enter.  we went for dinner on a Fri. nite...The place was so smokey that it was almost unbearable.  there is a few pool tables and lots of people that seemed to be regulars.  It also has a huge bar but the bar stools were very old and worn with the stuffing coming out.  We sat in a booth and looked at the menu.  We were just about ready to walk out when our server came over with a smile on her face.  She was so friendly and pleasant that we decided to give it a try, after all.  She even turned up the a/c which helped with the smoke.  She highly recommended the special of surf & turf and it was pretty good.  Would we go back...NO...It was a rough crowd and too smokey.  It wasn't even 8p.m. so I can imagine what it must be when the band shows up....
