Yes!  That's all I have to say.

If you live in close proximity to Waukegan and need delicious, delivered Chinese food in a hurry, Hong Kong will satiate all of your needs.  The fried rice is excellent.  The Kung Pao Chicken is a little on the bland side, but their General Tsao's Chicken is amazing.  Try their combo deals which are a steal: you get an entree and fried rice.

They delivery pretty damn quickly: I've usually gotten food in 30 to 40 minutes (and I live beyond their delivery radius).  If you dine it, don't expect to be impressed by your physical surroundings.  The restaurant's not the prettiest place in the world, but who cares?

Definitely try Hong Kong out for delivery Chinese food!

Restaurant is hideous on the outside and inside...but the fried rice is done very tasty.Love getting the orange chicken and the white rice is just great.My #1 chinese carryout joint.....

Yes ...carryout...because its a little depressing in there and the buffet sucks.
