Okay so you know those nights when you are just craving Chinese, and to top it all off you have to watch a good movie too? That's what recently happened to me. I've had failures though searching for a good Chinese place around Fishers. Most hole-in-the-wall Chinese places here haven't been so pleasant. Bummer! But I was more than satisfied with Hong Kong Cuisine.
Review Source:So, we gave this Chinese carry out another try....We got Orange chicken. Â It left something to be desired...just was not very spicy and would not want to have it again. Â We find the pot stickers strange--very thick and doughy with strange dark colored meat in the middle. Â I don't understand why their white rice is so oily????I thought Chinese white rice was to be sticky, not oily. Â Maybe it is just me, but we don't like the oily white rice. Â The Egg Drop soup was average. Â Anyway, I don't think we will be giving them another try unless it is just for some egg drop soup and egg rolls for lunch....
Review Source:Disappointing. Â I "cheated" on my usual Chinese take out spot because this one was closer to my house. Â I was pretty bummed. Â We ordered sesame chicken, General Taos, and orange chicken. Â I put all three on my plate over rice and if I had my eyes closed, I probably couldn't have been able to tell a difference. Â The orange lacked orange, the Taos lacked spice, and the sesame lacked, well, sesame? Â The chicken was heavily breaded and it was one of those where you cut into it and wondered if there was actually any chicken inside. Â The one redeeming quality was the crab rangoon. Â The insides had a sweeter flavor which I liked although my husband didn't. Â Back to my old take out spot I go...
