The cooks at this Hooters are the worst ever. EVER. (And I've been to Hooters all over the country). No matter how you order your wings, your getting them dry & over cooked. I've been here 3 times, every time I order them extra extra wet/swimming, and every time they're dry as a bone. Tonight was the last straw. Even the to-go waitress just stared at them, shook her head & said "wow".
So if you like your wings rock hard & bone dry, this is your Hooters.
These cooks need to be fired & replaced asap.
When I think of Hooters I think of ass, boobs, and a place full of guys drooling from mouth. My coworker wanted to go here and I thought he wanted to see the women. Nope, they have a wing special on Wednesday $5 boneless wings and fries.
Wings were ok I have had better. This place just seems dirty to me for some odd reason.
This is the first time I have ever been to a Hooters, and it definitely wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Â My wife and I came for lunch during off-peak hours, but there was still a full house. Â Apparently, Hooters is a frat-boy haven.
I won't really get into the non-food details of Hooters. Â Besides ... it just so happens that I am not a fan of b00bs when my wife is around. Â Go figure.
The food was OK. Â They certainly won't win any culinary awards, but that's not their point. Â My wife ordered naked wings, and I went for a hamburger. Â The wings were fried pretty well and had a decent flavor. Â They didn't come with much sauce on them, since my wife ordered Medium; however, they were still pretty good. Â One annoyance is that they leave the wing tips on, but this really isn't a big deal.
I ordered the burger to be cooked at Medium temperature, and it actually came out that way. Â This is pretty impressive, since other supposedly higher-scale restaurants that I have been to have completely failed. Â The burger was well-seasoned and wasn't overly dry. Â It didn't quite quench my hamburger craving, but it wasn't disappointing at all, whatsoever.
We asked to be seated on the patio, and it took them a while to get to us. Â It gets busy inside, so I recommend not sitting outside if you are in a hurry. Â Once they realized we were outside, our server was extremely friendly, prompt and attentive.
I totally get why this place is called Hooters now. Â It has something to do with really big owls.
