This a a good Hooters location, and it has everything that I usually like, great service and good food. Â But it just doesn't seem to have the right atmosphere. Â As far as the facility, it is one of the best constructed locations I've been to. Â I think it's just a little bit hidden in northern Tucson, and then it's a little tricky to get to. Â That said, with a little elbow grease, this place can easily be 4 stars, with some innovative thinking(and maybe some days it is that exciting) it can be 5 stars. Â But it has potential.
Review Source:Stopped here for the wings, beer, and watch the football game. Service was great, but then again it was early and the restaurant was relatively slow. Three very attractive and friendly waitresses along with one gorgeous bartender readily handled the two dozen or so patrons.
I went with "Hot" regular wings, an order of Daytona naked wings, and experimented with Buffalo shrimp (spicy garlic). All were delicious, but just a tad milder than I was expecting.
Television quality and placement were both good so this is a great locale for watching sporting events.
On the downside, the place is easy to spot from the freeway, but difficult to find on Ina Road. If you turn in where the sign is located, you're about 25 yards too far west. Turn south at the first street to the east and you should spot it soon enough. Parking sucks, but I was there early so it wasn't a problem.
