  I reviewed this restaurant a few weeks back, after dining there, but Yelp seems to have removed that entry.Try, try again.
  
  I really enjoyed my meal at Huddle on Main. Everything we ate, from amuse buche to main course, was delicious. my dining companion and i shared the beet salad. Especially now, the asparagus included in that dish was perfect. The pickled beets were deliciously vinegary but not at all overwhelming. The salad was also perfectly dressed. Not too heavy or oily. I had the ravioli with fresh pea and mint, and my partner had the blackberry salmon. Both were perfectly prepared and a nice (for me, that means not big and not tiny) portion size. The pasta was not totally appealing aesthetically because of the cream sauce, but the lemon in it complemented the mint and peas really well. It was not heavy at all. The salmon was great. As for atmosphere -- white table cloths, but very nice and un-stuffy wait staff. Bar has a TV, but mostly not visible from the dining area. I will definitely be going back soon to try more of their dishes. One of the best meals I have had in the Utica-Syracuse area!
