Instinct Bar & Club

Went to Instinct on a Friday night and sat at the bar with a couple of friends.  The bartender was very nice and did a great job helping us pick some drinks, we all had different kinds of martinis which were EXCELLENT! We ordered a couple of tapas which were also very good, would definitely come back to try out the dinner menu!

Went to Instinct for the first time last Saturday night - 8:30-11:30PM.

Went to see a blues band. The place has a bar on one side and a dining/entertainment and bar on the other. The bar-only side is the entrance to the establishment and is quieter, brighter and has TVs with the games on.  

Then, when the band finished, it was hiphop time - the glasswear was taken away, tables shuffled to make room for more dancing, the velvet rope was set-up outside, and different clientelle shuffled in.

Another aspect of this unique, chameleon club is a tapas bar - four of us ordered four different items and shared - the point of tapas - nice for chitchat and a snack, not for the really hungry. Nice bathroom! Clean, classy and not glaringly bright.

The Web site is great and shares upcoming events, bands, etc. The pictures make it look bigger than it is, but you will get the idea. As for the time I was there, again, Sat. night, 8:30-11:30PM, it's a cool place to meet fun, friendly people not afraid to cut loose - lots of smiles and good times abound.
