Jreck Subs

So this is a chain, but walking in I realize it's a chain in concept, but really it's just small sandwich shop with a nice actually-owned-by-a-person feel to it.  This place walks that fine line between subway (where every ingredient looks like it's been prepared by a large angry robot) and places that look like they stock up at the grocery store.  The bread was great, fresh and dense (in a good way, not like subway where the bread feels inflated more than fluffy).  The lady who made my sandwich was nice and politely answered all of my questions and explained all of the choices I had.  There are a few breads to choose from , but they were hands down the best roll I've had in months.
