Came here twice and both times I enjoyed myself. I have to say that both times I came it was an off night and we were the only ones there pretty much, but to me that's not a bad thing. We met the owner- a very friendly, nice guy. The location is a bit funny b/c its in a shopping plaza, but once again, I don't mind that. I love the décor inside. Once I sat at the bar, and the other time we sat in this candle filled romantic little cove where it had comfy couches. Its a GREAT place for a date and great music choices in the background. I had the seasonal sangria and it was quite tasty!!
Review Source:This was a nice surprise. This place is in a pretty shitty location, but once you're inside they do a good job distracting you from the surrounding area with good wine and delicious small plates.
We came here on a friday after work for some early drinks. The wine selection was nice and I really liked to pour size option. The sangria was great too. I noticed there wasn't any fruit in it which I like to see. Too many places fill your glass with apples and not enough booze.
I got a really nice empanada that was the highlight of the evening and the rest of the food was also quite good.
Between the decor and the staff it seems like a work in progress. They could be better, but nothing was bad. This place has a ton of potential and I like what I see so far.
Found this place via Yelp, and decided to come here with my fiance using a Yelp deal. This place is somewhat of a hidden gem -- the appetizers, fondu platter, and drinks were terrific. They have excellent wines to choose from...
My only issue was the appearance. It's a bit of an eyesore from the outside, and even the inside. I'm not sure what to even call it -- it looks like a nicer place, but then you walk inside and are greeted by a dance floor, and a bar right out of Hoboken. It's an odd mix of internals, but it does okay depending on your motive for going!
