  I wouldn't call Kashmir the Valley's "New" hot spot I would call it "The" hot spot as no other establishment can compare.  Whether your idea of a good time is kicking back and enjoying an adult beverage or throwing your hands up in the air on the dance floor, Kashmir will be your desired venue.  
  When I walked into Kashmir I felt as though I had been transported from Imperial to a Las Vegas lounge.  To really appreciate the decor and layout you will have to come see it for yourself.  The aubergine walls are the back drop to muted silver lounge chairs over plush rugs and the room is accented with elegant chandeliers.  I would definitely say the venue and decor is modern and sophisticated and that a lot of thought went into the details.

  Efficient, friendly, and good looking staff
  Large selection of alcohol
  Well made cocktails
  Plenty of seating

  I live in San Diego and Kashmir is in Imperial.
