  Very cheap beer and on campus at Penn Tech.  Expect a lot of 21-23 year olds doing what they do best.  It mentioned vegetarian fare, but I didn't get a chance to try any.

  The best place in Williamsport to grab a bite to eat and a beer. Live music on weekends with no cover, Quizzo on wednesday nights, Open Mic on tuesday nights. Great bartenders, awesome food, great crowd. One of Williamsports gems.
