Kirby's BBQ

This BBQ place ROCKS!!!! The ham sandwich was delicious and the sweet tea was wonderful. You order your food at the counter and they give you a number and then you go sit down and wait for your food. While you are waiting for your food the nice girls come around and refill your drinks for you and make sure everything is going okay. For four people (I got a sandwich and no sides, my mother-in-law got a sandwich and a side of cole slaw and my father-in-law and husband got a po-boy combo (beef sandwich with a side of cole slaw and potato salad and four drinks) for $24. We got a peach cobbler to go for $12, a whole peach cobbler for $12. Haven't eaten the peach cobbler yet but I will update this after I eat it.

If you are in Mexia, TX and looking for great BBQ this is the place to go. You can order a sandwich, combo or get meat to go. I will definitely be making a return visit next time I'm in town.
