I never have a good experience here.

While the menu is vast and has tasty looking pictures on it, the food never comes out that good.  I can barely eat anything here because I'm a vegetarian.  I can really only eat cheese enchiladas.  They always come out cold or they get the order wrong all together because the staff seem to have absolutely no training in dietary needs.

The service is usually compromised of a bunch of young kids who are usually too interested in socializing with each other than working.

The other annoying thing about this place is I get absolutely no cell service in the building.  They have WiFi but only the general manager has the password.  So if he or she is gone, no one can access it.  I was told this is because the staff were using the WiFi too much.

Food was great, service was a little slow.  I come here whenever I'm down from DFW to see the folks.  On an absolute scale, this restaurant ranks an 8 out of 10 for the food, and that's comparing it to every Mexican place I've ever eaten at in Texas and New Mexico.  They will make fresh guacamole tableside, and the tacos al pastor are the second best I've ever had (only one place in Austin was better).

On the downside, their service is quite slow.  The restaurant was about 3/4 full when we were there, but we still had to flag down the waitress when we needed something, and they forgot to give us silverware until we asked.  The fact that it was Easter Sunday may have had something to do with it, but the fact remains the service was slow.  Friendly, but slow.  

The food rocks though.

The queso/chips/salsa was good. Had the beef quesadillas...just a tad above par. Service was subpar, but we were all pretty hungry and had plenty of chips and salsa at the table.
